I aim to always leave you completely satisfied with my services, but in the event that you have a complaint during a mediation please feel free to raise it with me verbally to help us to resolve it immediately.

All complaints will be acknowledged in writing (by email) within 5 working days
of receipt.
All complaints will be investigated and responded to within 21 working days of receipt. On occasions, further time may be required, in which case the you will be notified of this in writing (by email).
Once the complaint has been fully investigated, you will be notified of the outcome and any suggested remedies.
A written record will be kept of all complaints made.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint, you can appeal to the
CMC on certain grounds – see details at https://civilmediation.org/complaints/.
